iAlertU :: MacBook Pro Alarm System

April 9th, 2006 by George Burnett

iAlertU

iAlertU is based on the Carpenter’s Level Dashboard Widget by Pall Thayer but is a totally different idea. The iAlertU software utilizes the built in motion sensor technology, iSight camera and the infrared remote control turning your MacBook Pro into a high tech alarm system. iAlertU is aimed at being a tamper/theft deterrent system for those times when you need to step away from your work momentarily.
